1. Service provider

Services are provided by Andis Beitiņš, operating as Beitins Design, self-employed person ID 091078-12078, registered address Skolas iela 14, Ādaži, LV-2164, Latvia (the “Provider”). The website beitinsdesign.eu is operated by the Provider.

2. Scope of services

The Provider offers graphic design, social media creatives, digital advertising banners, professional video editing, short-form video, brand visual content, creative campaign design and long-term creative collaboration. The exact deliverables for each engagement are defined in a written quote or scope agreed with the client.

3. Quotes and orders

Prices published on this website are indicative starting prices. A binding price is established only in the written quote issued for a specific project. A contract is formed when the client confirms the quote in writing. Larger projects may require a deposit before production begins.

4. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate briefs, source materials and brand assets in good time.
• Confirm that materials supplied to the Provider do not infringe third-party rights.
• Consolidate and submit feedback within the agreed revision rounds.

5. Revisions and delivery

Each quote states the included revision rounds and an estimated delivery date. Work outside the agreed scope, additional formats or extra revision rounds are quoted and approved separately. Delivery dates depend on timely client feedback and materials.

6. Payment

Invoices are payable by the date stated on the invoice. Prices are in euro (EUR). The Provider is not required to release final production files before full payment has been received. Where online card payment is offered, it is processed by a third-party payment provider; the Provider does not store card details.

7. Intellectual property

Rights to use the final approved deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment, for the purposes described in the agreed scope. Working files, project source files and unused concepts remain with the Provider unless expressly agreed otherwise. Third-party assets such as fonts, stock imagery, footage and music remain subject to their own licences, which the client must respect.

8. Portfolio use

The Provider may display completed work in its portfolio and professional channels. If the project is confidential, the client may request in writing that the work is not published.

9. Liability

The Provider delivers services with professional care. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider's liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including mandatory consumer rights.

10. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, deposits and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the client's country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes are resolved primarily through direct negotiation.
