Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to creative services provided by Andis Beitiņš, operating as Beitins Design, self-employed person ID 091078-12078, Skolas iela 14, Ādaži, LV-2164, Latvia.

2. Cancelling before work starts

If you cancel a confirmed project before creative production has begun, any amount already paid is refunded in full, apart from any costs already incurred at your request (for example purchased fonts, stock media or licences), which are documented and deducted.

3. Cancelling during production

If you cancel after production has started, you are charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date, calculated on the agreed hourly rate or the proportion of the agreed scope delivered. Any remaining balance from a deposit or prepayment is refunded. If completed work exceeds the amount paid, the difference is invoiced.

4. Deposits

Deposits reserve production time and are applied to the final invoice. A deposit is refundable to the extent that it exceeds the value of work already completed and costs already incurred at the time of cancellation.

5. Completed and delivered work

Once final files have been approved and delivered, the service is considered performed and the fee for that work is generally non-refundable. If a deliverable does not match the agreed written scope, it is corrected free of charge within the included revision rounds. Where a defect cannot reasonably be corrected, a proportionate refund or price reduction is agreed.

6. Cancellation by the Provider

If the Provider is unable to complete a project, any amount paid for work not delivered is refunded in full.

7. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for services ordered at a distance. Where you expressly request that work begins during this period, you may still withdraw but must pay for the services performed up to the moment of withdrawal. Where the service has been fully performed during the period with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost upon full performance, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. Statutory rights regarding non-conforming services are not affected by this policy.

8. How to request a cancellation or refund

Contact the Provider by telephone at +371 25292188 and confirm your request in writing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of agreement.
